To all homebrewers out there struggling with keeping your hands off your bottle conditioned beers this may interest you. This is a picture I found of my NB chinook IPA after about 2 weeks bottle conditioning, and a couple days in the fridge before trying my first one.
This is the same beer about a month later after cold storage in my fridge.
Naturally clearing a beer does take some time/finings, but I'm much more proud of the clear example than the turbid one.
