I would like to install a pass through in a keezer I am building to be able to connect a pump from the outside and a beer line on the inside to clean my beer lines. the idea is To have some sort of quick disconnect on the outside with a corny keg ball lock on the inside. I though I saw something like this in the diy thread but my searching is not coming up with any ideas for such a passthrough. My pointers on the hardware I would need,, my collar with insulation will be about 2.5 inches thick

I use these 1/4" MFL bulkheads on my brewery fridges to bring CO2 in and bring fermentation gas (also CO2 :)) out for purging kegs. The 4" version is perfect for fridges. Also use them on my keezer.

With these in place you can then use Push-to-Connect fittings (preferably with EVABarrier tubing) to do pretty much anything you want and have an easily reconfigurable system.

Also, with the appropriate post adapters, you can use standard ball lock QDs. I did this for my keezer in particular (this is my old demised "K2" but I did the same on its successor - which I apparently never took a pic of its back :))

Cheers!
