Can anyone help me convert this receipe to an all grain, also would I mash for the same time and temp?

My Wife's Beer: Sassy Ass Blonde
Mash at 152-154 for 45 min. This is my first time using lemon grass and citrus zest. Secondary zest optional based on taste/aroma at racking...FYI two medium sized grapefruits yielded 1oz zest. At 6 days, 1.012
tasting notes
Racking into secondary after 6 days in primary: The beer is fairly bitter. Grapefruit and lemongrass are "sassy" and will hopefully mellow out a little bit as the beer ages. There is definetly some flavor to this beer though. I'm hoping that after aging, carbonating, and chilling that it will be more discernable. Kegged on 8/22. "Sassy" flavo... show more

That 4 lbs of pilsner extract will equate to about 6.2 lbs of Pilsner malt.

The mash temp would be the same, but give it 60 min instead of 45 to be safe.
