Hey I'm kinda new to the forums here, hope this question is in the right section. I made a wheat from a recipe i got at my local homebrew store, left it in primary for a week until there was no more action going on, then I put it into two secondaries (about 2.75 gallons in each) and added raspberries to one of them. I wanted to try to do a raspberry wheat, but not lose my whole batch if i messed that part up. anyway, Im getting ready to bottle and have read several different suggestions as to how much priming sugar. any suggestions on how much for each 2.75 gallon batch? I will probably go buy a scale, though i havent yet. I am using corn sugar to prime. read somewhere that 5oz of that was about 3/4 cups, true as far as a conversion?
thanks a lot!!
