Papaya wine

I bought a papaya recently and no one wants to eat it. Has anyone had any experience brewing with papaya? If so, do you have a recipe to share?

I have not made papaya wine, they get eaten as fast as they hit the table here! However I have a freind who has made it. And now wants to make a large batch, 50 galleons! I don't have his recipie but knowing him he just made it up as he went. Lots of sedament!! You may need an extra racking or two. You will end up with less finished wine then you think.
Just follow any basic fruit wine recipie and you will be fine.

That recipe is for 1 gallon, scale it up if you need to.
