I think Papaizan has a new book out. He was on my local AM station pitching it. Too bad the host was a moron!

1. The Brewmaster's Bible by Stephen Snyder - very informative with lots of charts and many recipes. It has a lot basic instructions, but I'll use the charts and recipes for sure. Overall it's a good book. I would recommend it to anyone.![]()
