Here is the beginnings of my second keezer. The first one did its job but didn't look that great. I don't think there is anything more frustrating than working with wood. Its never straight. Plus wood filler doesn't stain the same color as the rest of the wood. Working with pallets is great because its supposed to look like hell.

It wraps around the HVAC unit in the garage. The main side of the HVAC is open so maintenance can still be performed. There is some clearance on all sides so the wall doesnt bump up right to the unit.

The window chalk board is attached to a small section of wood that detaches from the wall. That way the collar can open. Its dual hinge.

There is room for one more tap, so it will be 7 total. Thats why the taps arent centered with the window.

The freezer is on 220 lb drawer slides. They aren't supporting the weight since its on wheels. I just wanted some heavy duty ones.

The finished pallet wall is what the left side will look like. The right side will have a TV with all my old game systems (NES, SNES, Sega, N64). They'll be on drawer slides also so the only thing you'll see is the TV hanging.

Future plans call for a black drop in ceiling and a tin roof above the bar.

Ill continue to post pictures here.

Looks awesome. I really like the look of the pallet wood. Also, thumbs up on the Asheville brewing sign. That's a really neat city with a lot of great brews. Can't wait to see the finished product!

Would love to see it pulled out to get an idea of how to replace kegs, etc.

Yes, Asheville is awesome. We live in Birmingham and try and get over there at least every other year. Its a beer lovers paradise and a cool city at that. My wife doesn't even like beer but absolutely loves Asheville. There's something for everyone there.

Would love to see it pulled out to get an idea of how to replace kegs, etc.

I uploaded some more pictures to try and give a better idea as to how it works.

Roll tide!

Roll Tide my man!

Thanks for the kind words everyone! Here's some updated pictures.

I need some ideas on long drip trays. I need something that's around 30 inches.

Im going to use black iron pipe with some barnwood to make the base of the tray, but not having any luck with SS or rubber matts that are long enough.

I would use a linear shower drain made for modern showers:

There are a ton of options on Ebay. You would need to clad them in something like wood.

You could also just purchase a grate and build the pan/box with wood coated in an epoxy marine coating.

My vote is for a shower drain, keep it outside the box.
