Thought id share this, cause its fantastic. Be perfect if you could barrel age this, as i just used un toasted oak in secondary. I copied the kentucky bourbon barrel ale clone recipe and added peaches and bourbon, in an attempt to copy their peach beer they make. Had to add a smidge of peach flavoring to get the peach to come through. Peaches came from palisade in colorado.
