I ordered 10 kg of pale chocolate malt in a far-far-away shop, I hoped I will have stock for 2-3 years of brewing, but those idiots delivered me crushed grains, althought I didn't ask for it.

How log will the crushed grains be good for brewing?

The sooner you use them the better.
As long as they are not damp they'll pretty much last forever BUT the fade away as far as flavour and colour go.

I suggest you taste a little, make notes and repeat on a monthly basis.
I know of people brew with year old grain.

Keep them cool and in a dark place and they'll last longer.
