9lbs American 2 row

Mash at 150F for 60 minutes. Sparge at 170F.

Boil for 60 minutes with 1oz Perle.
add 1oz Cascade at 10 minutes.

Pitch California V Ale yeast

After 6 days, gravity was down to 1.010 and racked to secondary, where it is now.

I'll update once I taste it.

Maybe increase the mash temp to 152-154 would also give you a little more body and sweetness. Other than that, I'd say let 'er fly!

what he said- I'd mashed higher and done as Conroe suggested by adding more FO hops, but thats just the way I roll. I bet you are still going to have a nice easy drinking dry pale ale in your pint glass. Let us know how it turns out.

Thanks for the suggestions. Hopefully I can brew again soon with the suggestions incorporated. That way I can compare the batches side-by-side.

I just bottled this. Nice and clear, tasting good. I'm excited to see how it tastes in a couple weeks.
