painted the ceiling (a little)

I brewed a triple on Sat. In less that 12 hours the fermentation began with a light layer of Krausen. Then I wake up this morning to find the it had blown up. The picture of the ceiling is kinda week but there was spots on there, the floor was a mess.

Cant wait to drink this one!

Hahaha nice! That is quite a full carboy too, bet you'll still have plenty left over...

Yeah it's a 6 gallon carboy, Note to self make a mark at 5.5 gallons!

I had a similar experience with a surly furious but was thinking ahead and covered it. It could have killed the house brewery if my wife saw that. My boss says I'm "just lucky"
