Pacific Gem hops in Washington State

I have yet to try these, but they seem to be particularly suited to my tastes; based on descriptions I've read. Trouble is I can't seem to find them anywhere, let alone Washington. And Washington has that hop quarantine going on still, so I apparently can't get them out of state anyway.

BUT a Google search of pacific gem hops in Washington came back with a whole bunch of local brews using them. So, obviously someone has them somewhere.

Anyone know where I can get some? Rhizomes would be even better...

Last spring, I bought some from FreshHops, but I don't see them listed there anymore.

Yeah, I saw someone from Washington had posted a link to them in a previous thread to FreshHops. Sadly, it 404'd.
