I just cleaned two drained kegs. I filled them with oxyclean water and let them soak.

If I leave that in there a week, it won't hurt the kegs, will it?

Nah - if you have any buildup from the oxyclean just put some white vinegar in there and swish it around to clean it out.

They both had strong smelling beers in them and are going to be filled with lighter stuff (light lager and cream ale) next weekend.

I started to go ahead, dump the oxyclean, and fill them with starsan, but decided to let some of the old smell soak out.

I do the same sometimes, I usually push a little oxy through the out tube too so that it can soak int here.

Yeah, I hit them with a little gas and ran about a quart or so through. Cleaned out the party tap, too.
