So I had a an accident during bottling when I was adjusting the tap on the bottling bucket and basically a huge amount of oxygen rushed right through the beer. The whole batch was bubbling before I could fix the seal on the tap again.
The beer is a low IBU light hefeweizen. Would anyone know approximately how much time do I have before the bottled beer will start tasting oxidised?
I am planning on drinking it as soon as it carbed up in 1,5 or 2 weeks.
Would I have like a month from the oxidation event before the off flavor starts to set in?
