I force carbonated my keg and I believe I over carbonated it. How can I solve this? When I go to pour a glass it is all head and no beer. (Good news is it has great head retention lol) turned down the psi's to serving pressure and let it sit a couple of hours but doesn't seem to help. Any suggestions?

^ Nearly right, but in a sealed system simply lowering the input side isn't going to reduce the amount of dissolved CO2.

For that, the keg needs to be disconnected completely from any CO2, then "burped" periodically until the beer has given up enough dissolved CO2 to bring the carbonation level down into the "tamed" range. Then you can hook the gas back up and set it for the proper level.

Cheers!

If you're diligent and pop the PRV as often as you think about it, probably a full day or so. There are ways to speed things up, but as speed got you where you're at, best to do it the old school way ;)

Cheers!
