I just brewed a nice honey wheat beer and wanted to add some orange flavoring to it. I picked up a small vial of the natural orange oil to add to the bottling bucket. I had a 5 gallon batch and was told to use about 1/2 the vial (again...very small amount). However, I think I should have literally done it a drop at a time. Before bottling the flavor changed drasticaly and the orange is overpowering.

I may have ruined this batch. I'm wondering if anyone has ever had this problem and how the beer turned out. I'm wondering if any of the yeast will ferment any of it and tone it down a bit during the carbonation.
