Taking a gamble using hop pellets though, as they mention, an unknown amount of pellet hop matter can remain in the mash and get into the boil. Maybe safer for a WC IPA, or something where a little extra bitter will not be frowned upon.
 
Grain to glass in 5 days. Granted, not fully carb'd yet and freshly dry hopped, but it doesn't taste bad now, and hopefully will only get better.
