I made a modified version of BM's Centennial Blonde the Friday before last (7.5 days ago, not last night). I'd like to add dry hops tonight but I'm not sure how much.

Recipe Specifications
--------------------------
Boil Size: 5.00 gal
Post Boil Volume: 4.50 gal
Batch Size (fermenter): 5.00 gal
Estimated IBU: 25.6 IBUs
Boil Time: 60 Minutes

1 lbs Cara-Pils/Dextrine (2.0 SRM)
5 lbs Extra Light Dry Extract (3.0 SRM)
0.40 oz Centennial [9.70 %] - Boil 45.0 min
0.40 oz Centennial [9.70 %] - Boil 20.0 min
0.40 oz Cascade [6.50 %] - Boil 10.0 min
0.40 oz Cascade [6.50 %] - Boil 5.0 min
0.20 oz Cascade [6.50 %] - Steep/Whirlpool
0.20 oz Centennial [9.70 %] - Steep/Whirlpool

I have 1oz flower Centennial and 1 oz flower Cascade.

I'm wondering whether to add one or the other or both. Is 2oz too much?

They're flowers, so I'd add both, no way will it be too much. Should give it a great hop aroma.

I usually dry hop with 1 oz but that's just my preference so I would say try it and let us know how the 2 ons worked out! It will be beer in the end and that sounds good enough

I usually dry hop with 2 oz per 5 gal. I like my aroma pretty strong though
