I recently bought a larger new fridge for a kegerator. My old one held two kegs but the new one holds three. I have a Saison a Strong Bitter and a Kentucky Common on tap and would like to have the Saison at higher carbonation. I reused my gas manifold that has just two outlet valves and just put a tee on one line to split between two kegs. This has worked fine so far but my question is are these mini regulators any good and could I use just one or do I need two? One for each keg that will be a lower pressure than the Saison. Or can I use one and tee off to the two kegs after the regulator like I'm doing from the manifold now?
