It's mostly referring to one particular individual. I'm not going to name names, but if you peruse through your mental list of the biggest profiteering shitlords in beer, you'll probably come up with the likely candidate. Perhaps he's wearing something around his neck...

And no, it's not Joel.

Apparently the beer resale business isn't lucrative enough for him to be able to afford taking the tags off his suit before wearing it, lest he need to take it back.

I knew the neck race was an insurance scam.

And what do you ask the guy in the store about a suit like this?
"Give me your best joker look... No, not the badass Heath ledger one... You know, the one that makes me look like a flamboyant guido from the 50's"

Damn I told my wife I want to trade in my truck for a Ram 2500 with a Cummins but there is no way I could pull the trigger on a $900 a month car payment.

If I did that I wouldn't be able to get drunk and make horrible buying decisions on my beer cellar.
I couldn't believe it but it was my wife's idea for the brand new truck. I was perfectly happy getting a year or two year old truck, especially when surpassing the 50k range.

Signing that paperwork really hurt.
