Aloha! All cans are from their most recent releases. Ideally looking to trade 16 cans for 2 bottles from ISO. I have an 8 shipper(16 cans) to fill but might be open to expand up to a 12 shipper. I have a bunch of bottles in the cellar for a possible swap or expansion, and plenty more Tree if that's your thing. If you have at least one bottle from my ISO and a nice plus or two, I might be open to it. Let's chat!

Last night in a local group a guy was ISO Cantillons and BA "goodies" FT a list of 90% in distro beers, most of which are sitting on the shelf right now. One has to wonder whether it is incredibly ignorance of trading or full on shitlording.

I have to imagine people trying to trade Weldwerks 2:1 VR are shitlords but Greeley is a small town that smells strongly of cowshit so it's really hard to say which is true. (That said, Weldwerks beers are supposed to be pretty good.)

These Erie guys are legendary for terrible offers. This one is no different. In fairness, there could be some on here that could get done...maybe?

Most of us want to trade up, but damn.

*Derivations

God damn does it irrationally annoy me when someone put's an apostrophe on a word they are trying to pluralize.

Lists like this are just laughable. Some of them could certainly get done, like the Casey's (disregarding overlap issues etc.). But then there's **** like Ann and Derivation. It's like absolutely no thought went into it other than "these are beers that I want".

Exactly. "Let me just list random whales." Lazy

Won't say who, but I've been chatting w someone on here trying to arrange an IP (never seen him on this thread luckily). We listed our respective FT lists (mine had SARA/Lambic). This is a line from his FT in response to my FT:

"Bells BA Expedition (probably only if Lente were involved)"

:confused::confused:

Id love to see this being made into a reality documentary series. Think of it...

12 episodes (each month of a year), camera crews follow around a neckbeard(s) from New England, Saint Louis, Florida, and Cali. Episodes highlight the extreme lengths each neckbeard goes thru to secure brewery-only releases. Viewers learn what it is necessary to truly excel in the world of beer by witnessing the multi-state drives, overnight line waiting, muling practices, and parking lot fights necessary to attain such precious liquid. Beer trading and hype driving psychology are disected to show onlookers what is truly necessary to be a winner. This is paired with the world of razzles, secondary markets, and craigslist sales to bridge the gap of sacrifice and profits. Beer isn't for the faint of heart, it's a way of life. And if you have what it takes, you can become a true **** lord.

The finale consists of brewery owners confronting each neckbeard publicly, banning them from their premises for life.

Oh no, the VR one closed. Someone offered a VR for 2 Medianoches.

Are you saying that is an unfair deal on the Medianoche side? I don't know how hyped up these are, my Colorado trade partner sent them as extras. Can't wait to open

Fair? No idea, I don't play the trade value/equity/fairness game. If he was happy trading the VR for 2 then it seems very fair. The guy I was responding to seemed to think asking for a VR for 2 was being a shitlord, I just wanted to clarify that the offer actually was the other way around.

Originally I was more trying to point out that the original posted trade involving the beers didn't seem crazy in relation to what it was closing for locally. So here at least they're the hype of the month and the trades I've seen I wouldn't personally do, but I'd be hard pressed to give up lambic or great wild ales for some stouts. That's just my preference though, others obviously are happy doing so.

You have a great trade partner either way, as it should be!
