I got banned for a pretty light comment IMO, which I find just hilarious. I wonder if the standard is making fun of the trash heap of a site versus making fun of individual posters on the site.

I got banned for a pretty light comment IMO, which I find just hilarious. I wonder if the standard is making fun of the trash heap of a site versus making fun of individual posters on the site.

At least you know why you got banned. I emailed them twice with no response. I caught a glance from far away of them walking around with Calagione like they own they place, and decided I'm better off continuing to drink than hunt them down (I was in my 15th minute of Tree House line and wasn't giving that **** up).

This is very noticeable in Belgian beers for me. I'm not sure why, but when I taste a beer that was brewed in Belgium, I usually know it. (Belgium or thereabouts. Netherlands, north France, etc.)

I don't know how new this subforum is, but now that commenting on trades is no longer allowed, it appears that this is the only way to post what is trading for what. Except that you can post whatever dumb **** you want cuz there's no way for anyone to know if you're lying. I'm sure no local fanbases have ever exploited that to boost trade values, shitlords are much too ethical.

I browsed through for a bit and noticed they almost immediately locked the completed trades thread for AB Vanilla Zhukov. It's always so cute when the Bros/F2/etc get butthurt over the mere existence of a beer.

I'm assuming FO means **** Off, as in, he wants someone to tell him to **** off for trying to trade 2 cans and a growler of hoppy stuff for a barrel aged adjunct stout.

KJ = King Julius
VG = Very Green
FO = Fundamental Observation

Ah, so it must be King Julius, Very Green, and Doppelganger, which is the imperial version of alter ego. So all of the scaled-up versions of their standard IPAs.

I don't think this is a horrible trade. I would do it if I had an FO. FO was distributed in addition to brewery release and I know a lot of SoCal dudes got at least 6.
