I made a beer and put it into two liter bottles for priming. Word got around my work and a bunch of people want to try it. If I give the two liters away I'll have none for me.

Would it be possible for me to pop open a two liter and pour it into smaller bottles, maybe with a little more sugar to gain back some lost carbonation? That wayI can give them out.

How would I do this, assuming it's possible?

Oxidation may be a risk, although the off-gassing of CO2 from the beer when pouring may purge air from the new bottles. If it were me, I would just tell them, "Next batch."

Yeah well they're all attractive women. My wife would not approve. But, I couldn't say no, because well, they're all attractive women. Working at an elementary school is the best.

haha sounds like my life but my wife is the teacher.
