Well I bottled up my second brew yesterday and it dawned on me that I probably infected my batch. Everything was going as planned, I sanitized everything except one item. My dad was over helping me and wanted to use my grandpas old hydrometer, so I put it in the wine theif and took a reading then put the beer that was in the theif into the bottling bucket.:( I didn't even think! I know I probably shouldn't worry but dang it. Better luck next time I guess.:drunk:

I always think of the Keystone commercials when something like this happens.

"Relax, everything's gonna to be totally fine"

Never tried the beer, but the commercials make me chuckle.
