Only wheat LME & cascade hops for DIPA?

Saw a good deal online for Wheat LME and wanted to make a stronger IPA with it, Also saw a good deal on cascade hops, 1lbs, So I was thinking of using about 9.9 lbs of the wheat LME and a good deal of cascade, Do you think it would come out well? any hop addition suggestions as far as amounts times varieties ect.? Also with 9.9 lbs of LME was thinking it would probably come out to about 7-8.5% ABV, do you think id need 2 packs of safe ale 05?
