Did my 4th all grain batch this morning. A CITRA Dipa. OG came in low due to still learning my evaporation rates so will likely be more in the IPA range. Pretty excited nonetheless. Pics!

One gallon? That is a cute little mash tun! Sounds like it should be a great beer. I'm thinking about brewing up a Simcoe/Citra IPA myself. How many IBUs will yours have?

Love the hot scotchy, here's a hot rummy I had on Friday while waiting for my wheat beer wort to boil! (Hydrometer sample and a healthy splash of Cruzan 151)

I brewed something similar to this a few weeks ago. I dry hopped with Citra and it is currently bottled. I tried one last night and it wasn't quite ready yet. Hopefully a few more weeks but it smelled great.

86 IBUs. Yea its a 2 gallon mash tun that I converted. Works extremely well for efficiency.
