Hi Guys, I want to start doing one gallon batches 1 hop 1 malt to start knowing better how this ingredients affect the flavor of the beer. Now, I buy whitelab liquid yeast and I want to know if one of you know how much yeast I will need and what to dose.
Thanks :mug:

Thanks a lot HumbleBrew, I'm new in this addicted hobby and this Mr malty program will make my life easier.
Salud!!

If you want to experiment and keep brewing smaller batches like this make yourself a 1 or 2 liter starter and split that off into multiple jars / bottles. When you hit your last jar of yeast just make another starter with that and keep the cycle going. You will save a ton of money on yeast.

Hey edb,
Thanks, I will try to do 4 - 1 gallon batch and make a 2 Lt. starter and split a quarter in each batch. This is a good idea, THANKS for the advice.
