Last Saturday, one of the two clubs I'm active in, CHAOS, hosted a bottle share at the West Loop Brew & Grow store. Mary is delightful, great fun to talk brewing with, and a newly published author - Speed Brewing: Techniques for Fast Fermenting Beers, Ciders, Meads and More.
Patrick Berger, owner of Kaiser Tiger, fed us some outstanding sausage and bratwurst at the bottle share. My favorite was the white bratwurst.
