Tested the pH of the last brew, we had some dark malts and it was about 5.4. Brewing up a Haus Pale right now and the mash pH is 6.2. Oh crap. Anything I can do at this point? I don't have any brewing salts or HCl or or stabilizer or anything. Will this have a pretty bad effect on the Haus Pale?

probably nothing you can do. I imagine it will be OK.

pH affects a lot of things, so there would be differences, but it won't be ruined.
