What parts of the process are you performing in that vessel?

Appears the right hand volume scale is in Imperial gallons, as 5 US gallons is only 18.93 litres.

Wow that brings back memories. I started out with the same exact setup, it also had a big red plastic valve at the bottom (which always had a small leak in it) Mine was used to heat sparge water for my 2 vessel propane outfit.

I mash and boil in it. I’ve had it for 30 years now. It is 240 volt and books 6 gallons in about 28 to 30 minutes.
