Does anyone have a recipe for Scotch Ale using a Brewhouse Munich Dark Lager as a base? I have made this recipe some years ago but have lost it. It had been on a Brewhouse website in a section on 'enhanced' kits. I remember that the recipe involved crystal malt, malted grains, chocolate malt, a brewing and finishing hop (I believe 'Fuggles' was one of them) and Wyeast Scottish ale yeast. I would appreciate any help.
