so I tried to start this hobby a couple years ago. brewed the kit that came with my basic coopers brew kit and it turned out a little "funky" did some more research and I guess a lager kit wasn't the best idea in an non airconditioned house in July lmao. I purchased a Brewers Best Wheat Beer kit but never got around to using it because Life got busy.

Well Life has settled down for me, well not really (getting married in a few weeks lmao) but the bug has krept back in to try brewing again. Used some of my brewing stuff to make a large batch of Limoncello for a wedding favor...It turned out almost so good I don't want to give it all away lol. but after I bottled that I saw Apple Juice Frozen Concentrate for 90cents a can and rememberd Apflewein I read about so I jumped on my phone and got the recipe or that and its fermenting away in my Ale Pale, and a Welches White Wine for my Fiance is in my Coopers Fermenter, going to let those sit till after the honeymoon.

but I was going thru my old stuff and found that old Wheat beer kit. was wondering would it be worth even making at this point?

I'd give it a try, why not if it's canned extract. Check the yeast pack for expiration date, if it's expired I'd invest in a new package of yeast, maybe some fresh hops also.

brew it, even if its just an experiment to salvage old stuff.

you already have it, its free.

I'd open up the malt and taste it. If it tastes fresh, flavorful, and somewhat bready, I'd brew it. Wheat LME tastes good. :)

If its sweet but tasteless, I"d just toss it.

Pez.
