Getting ready to cork and cage a saison. i have an open package of unused new cork stoppers that are probably 5 years old. They feel and look fine. Are these ok to use, or just toss them since new ones are pretty cheap?

Thanks for the link. I was having a hard time finding info on line. Getting new is definitely the call
