Old Cork Stoppers

Getting ready to cork and cage a saison. i have an open package of unused new cork stoppers that are probably 5 years old. They feel and look fine. Are these ok to use, or just toss them since new ones are pretty cheap?

I don't know. You could check maybe with the manufacturer or supplier.

For example this supplier suggests they have a tentative shelf life of 6 months.

5 years seems like too long.
