I've been online for a bit but never gave a proper introduction. I'm Don Phillips I live in the Chicagoland area north of the city. I'm a chef by day and an avid home brewer on the weekends. I'm married to a great woman and we have two great kids. They are off to school which is why I have time to brew! I'm a tech geek with a recirculating herms system , a few barrels and a sexy conical setup. I'm the current president of a great new brew club in Libertyville Il called North Urban Brewing Society or nubs for short. I welcome any and all questions and comments and NUBS welcomes any interested parties.
