I am running out of refrigerated space ...so I was wondering if it is OK to store an uncarbonated keg of lager in a keg at ambient (basement) temperature? The lager was fermented at 52 deg f for 3 weeks, and has been stored at 34 degrees for three weeks. When I remove the fermenter from my chamber, I plan on kegging the lager. As I need the chamber space for a new batch, is it OK for me to store the uncarbonated keg of lager at room temperature until space opens up in my keezer to carbonate and serve?
