Hi my finished product is meant to be 104 og but have had it in wort for 2 weeks and still 108 for last 4 days do I leave it or time to keg? What will be the difference
 
Starting sg was meant to be 1040 but forget to check it as this is my first brew and yes sorry 1005 finish

I'd leave it. 2 weeks is only a general guideline. I let all my beer sit at least 3 weeks (if not longer) before I even consider kegging it. I wouldn't be surprised if it dropped another point or two.

+1 let it sit on the yeast, will only get better, I just bottled an amber that was on the yeast for 4 weeks.:mug:
