I got a very bland overview in that julian was very upset and almost in years. Apparently he gave an earful to an employee. That's all I got.

I was upset - yup. And I made that clear. shitfit is exaggerating though and tears? False. Not sure where that came from.

Daaaaamn.

I'm not the biggest fan of the lines, but it's not my brewery. Fortunately I can just go any other day of the week and enjoy their awesome beers in peace.

Agree, and that's what I'll be sticking to from now on.

So just so I have this straight. You gave them an earful day of. Then, came online and complained under the guise of, "I wanted them to read this and make changes. I wasn't complaining". That sound correct?

Cool. I'm sure the fine folks at BA would love to have your cockstaggering shitlord ass back.

Jesus. I didn't rage against Bottleworks. I love that place. I posted once about how dissatisfied I was with one particular employee's customer service. If you actually read the thread you'd understand, but obviously this has just turned into a game of telephone and things have been muddled. As for the employee in question, him and I are all good now...many years ago we had a nice chat, and cleared things up, and all is well. He's a good dude and things have been great since. No issues. Cheers.
Does Trevor ACTUALLY like you?

Crystal Ship was awesome around the holidays. I had seen some new kegs popping up around town the last week so that would explain why.

Autumnal Rustic is also great. As is Ron Hawaii (Jolly Pumpkin collab IPA), just a hint of cognac lingering in there.

That is correct. No guise. I'm not the only one that felt this way - plenty in line that probably don't even know about this site also felt the same way...so hate me all you want, but there WERE issues (one of which holy mountain even acknowledged in this thread with the POS system). When you run a business, these are the things you should expect. customer feedback. Did I do it the right way? Maybe not, but my (and plenty other people's) concerns that I voiced are still valid. Also, why don't you cut me a little slack instead of just throwing out insults and judging me you ******* hypocrite! Everyone keeps saying they're a growing small brewery and that they're learning as they go and make mistakes....OK...if I made a mistake in my approach at voicing my concerns, instead of insulting me incessantly, why don't you offer up some constructive feedback instead of jumping on the insult bandwagon. Maybe I'd give more credit to what you say if it wasn't nonstop insults. You don't even know me. Jesus

i tasted ron hawaii right after half a small pour of hand of glory. maybe my palate was messed up but i wasn't into it. i'd like to try it again with an untainted palate.

Dude, everyone hates you here now. They hate me too, I'm used to it and never cared.

You care, and you know it.

And the other dude clearly ******* cares. A lot.
No I really don't and he very clearly does. I find it entertaining how obsessed people are with me. People still talk about me over on BA and I have been banned from that site for months. I'm guessing I will get a bill for rent in peoples heads any day now haha.

Trust me, you aren't that important to anyone.

I understand your frustrations about not getting your beer and the way Saturday went for you. Complaining on a forum or FB and hoping we see it isn't the way to give constructive feedback, and it seems is hasn't helped you much on here. Mike (the guy you voiced your concern to a couple times, owner and my business partner) and myself (Colin, other owner who was standing next to him) were already working on some changes for the next release, that evening when we finished up. Pro tip: we respond to messages, and you can message us any time. That's why we have those email addresses, FB page, and all that stuff. We always appreciate feedback, but like any other busy situation, sometimes in the moment may not be the best time. It's safe to say there will be some changes for the next one, and we'll be implementing some things that were already in the works.
