I'm also pretty disappointed in the depiction of the Jersey Devil on that label. It's not supposed to have any dragon like features. It should have more of a goat/horse face, and bat wings.

Well, we did pair it with a pressure-smoked pork chop that turned out a little dry, so it may have benefited from whole "bland beer pairs well with food" and "beer flavor is relative" musings. Regardless, it was a solid, lightly citrus, lightly sweet DIPA.

I'm not saying it's a bad beer by any standards, just that I prefer the other 2 I sent to it.

Next haul isn't beer/liquor/pickles. Zero fux, it's the best ice cream in the world. THE WORLD!

So this was the ridiculous haul I got from GuisseppeFranco in the MAW- Other stuff BIF! I love this place and I'm glad to be a part of the community! If you haven't checked out the MAW BIF's I suggest you get in there and see what it's all about cause we take care of business in there as you can see!

Went to this awesome vegetable / craft beer shop in Kyoto and picked up some fun beers.

Already consumed like half of these. The red one in the middle was weird...altbier brewed with sake yeast.

Also, haven't found soft shell crab or night party pringles yet for the crisp hoarders, but I've been told to bring back deep dish pizza. It was pretty good.
