Might be speanding a little myself tomorrow. Local store has 20% off all scotch in the store (hoping it's whiskey also) tomorrow. I think I'll stop by and stock up. They have one of the biggest selections in Denver that I've seen.

I wish. I had a 20% off coupon and have been stashing loot aside for a while in anticipation of buying 2 2013 utopias for my kid born this yr. The 2012 is my thanksgivika present to myself. Kind of works out with january being one of the 2 3 paycheck months for the year. Either way, that number on the register at ring up time was still hard to swallow, but as long as the receipt stays hidden, all should be ok in the cosmic household.

The bottle I opened this evening was tasting great, but was fairly still. I'm hoping it carbs up a bit. But even with the low carbonation it's really tasty.

Last July, he tried to sent me a package of two growlers but they were damaged on its way to me on FedEx delivery. Strange that it made all the way to RVA from Minnesota without a dent to the end with a "On FedEx delivery" status only to have it changed to "Content Package damaged" at the last minute! We know these kind of things happen in the trading world and I told him to not worry about it. If he could get me a bottle of Darkness (nothing else), that would be just perfectly fine. He insisted on doing extras and I told him alright.

Well, fast-forward to now...

In a few hours, my Pliny the Elder will be 1 year old. I tortured this bottle relentlessly. Rain. Hot sun. Hot and cold temp swings. Shake it like a salt shaker. Everything except freezing it.

I got 11 4 pks of regular BCBSlast week but my town got no variants. So I figured it wouldn't be worth going to a store and waiting in line on a 25 degree day just to try to score some variants.

Waited til around noon, walked into a store, and walked out with a pretty nonBCS haul.
