That Foxon Park though.

just came into some vintage stuff, some is probably good (like the 2010 north coast old stock, not pictured because I already drank it), but some is likely to be oxidized messes that will get one sip and down the drain.

There was recent discussion, I think in the barleywine thread, about the Pretty Things OFR not doing so great these days. Might want to open that one sooner than later. Which reminds me, I have a 2014 I need to crack.
Also, I recently opened a 2008 rochefort 10 and it was superb.

Brute is still fine. I’ve got 3 of that batch left. :)

Curious about that SN 30th Anniv stout. Have a few of those in my basement from a ridiculous purchase many years ago.

Are these rev beers new or better than they use to be? Seems like it's only thei year people starting talking more about them?

The Chicago contingent would probably be the best resource, but my two cents: there was a rough patch a few years back with respect to QC, but everything that I've had over the last few years has been great. VSOJ, last year's Ryeway, this year's Cafe Deth all world class.

I was gonna ask if there might be some interest in these “vintage” beers but wasn’t sure what the response would be. I’ll take a look at what I have and let you know!
The Sierra 30th was released in the year I turned 30, obsessed about them. Stocked up, drank them all up until my 36th birthday. Found one lone bottle on the day of my wedding, at a random ******** in Queens.

I've given up on trading, but if you happen to have any, I would be interested.

In my fairly-worthless n00b opinion, it’s a combination of a return to/increase in quality - likely due to “maturation “ of the barrel program (more barrels/space/time/experience), increased production/change to can format allows sharing here(trading elsewhere) with more folks, releasing hyped variants that have formerly been draft only, and general “beer 2018” for you - first couple releases were relaxed last year, but once the hype(secondary) train started on them, we have lines, desired variants sell out in hours, etc.

If you put it that way.. now I need some too hah

Rev definitely made some investments and changes to their barrel program that started to show with the beers they released in 2017. This coincided with them canning all their BA beers as well and I remember reading an article on it somewhere but can't find it.
