Was also there yesterday. That Gooikoorts is something special. Still do not know the fruit in the blend we tasted, but my money is in some kind of peach/nectarine. I feel that now is the time to stock up on gooikoorts, although Karel did say that it could become a somewhat annual beer. Hope so. For 9 euros a pop, best dam Gueuze I had this year.

I love the fact that he sometimes gives out mystery beer for people to try! Gooikoorts is such a good bottle and so cheap, looking forward to trying another one with some age on it.

Thanks to KevSal for the NorCal return fire! He scouted me well. First Cellarmaker. Fresh Beat. SARA hops too. All new to me. Thanks man!

Out of town for work, but my wonderful wife was nice enough to leave work to sign for my Etre box and pose them for a festive photo. Smooth delivery, great packing. And those Fantome shirts

Funny you should say that. Timing on this is actually bad. She’s going to get home to another box on the porch from fedex she’ll have trouble lifting. And I’m in Richmond, so smuggling the beer I come back with on friday into the house is going to be done with plenty of eye-roll incoming fire.
