Tried the Brett Elle yet?

The nose says "I'm a full-blown gueuze", but the taste isn't quite there yet (not much depth). Very nice and easy drinking. Barrels, beer, and flora will only get better from brewing/blending season to brewing/blending season, IMO.

And another Mariage parfait for the collection. Its a 2005 75cl bottle, I've decided to try and complete the whole Mariage series, they started in either 74 or 75 so I'll be hunting for quite a while.
