So one day, Competicity puts up a beautiful shot in front of a fireplace with the Sebago barleywine. I commented and mentioned I loved that beer and hadn't had it in a while. He Pm's me and says he wants to send it to me because he's an awesome guy. long story short he crushes me with all this. I am in awe of all these beers and the fact that he fit them all in a 6 shipper.
Return fire will be coming.

JulianB put up a message on FB a few months back that he was in need of a ride from ORD, and as I wasn't doing anything, I went to grab him and we ended up drinking with some other FIBS at Imperial Oak and having a good time.

Got a box today from him (and it was am impressive engineering feat to get this amount of canned beer into a relatively small box) of all new fun canned stuff with an emphasis on hoppy stuff from The Veil.

Now the real question is will any of this be left by the time he comes out again next week?

Cheers!

Glad that made it safely, I love shipping cans. :) The Lord Lord Shredder Shredder and Eternal Shredder are a bit old, but I included them for some variety, and because I drank a can of each last week and they still tasted great. Broz Broz Day Day might be the best beer that Veil has done. 4.8% crushable as **** double dry-hopped citra IPA goodness.

Apologies for the off-kilter picture, but this recent haul from Sideswipe was a godsend.

(l-r)
Dragoon IPA (drank)
Modern Times Underworld Dreams (drank) -- very 80's reminiscent packaging, and total milkshake NE style. Fan-*******-tastic
Odell Myrcenary
Something White Russian Stout (reallllllly looking forward to this -- careful man, there's a beverage here)
Good Beer Co Nectar D'Oro
Good Beer Co Siesta
Midwinter Night's Dram (!!!!!)
Danza Del Sol mixed red
Three growlers, including Pizza Port Dusk Till Dawn and two IPAs (?)

Apologies for anything that makes no sense, I'm flying out of the country and fairly drunk. My mom toasted us with Dusk Till Dawn at our wedding, so I'm looking forward to that ish when I get back.

That Midwinter Night's Dram will make you feel the burn deep in your throat, in the best way possible.
