Also I would be seriously stunned if anyone purchased that much hop forward beer without intending to share it around to friends / family / trading partners / etc...

I would say the main reason is to thank those who you've traded with.

I don't mind dick swinging per se, but at least make sure the beers are yours. Otherwise it just seems silly.

I really don't understand these types of pictures. Unless you've brought a ton of beer back for your friends (in which case this isn't really your haul and was clearly posted for no purpose other than dick swinging), there is no way you could ever drink all of these beers before they begin to seriously degrade in quality. Sorry to snap at you specifically, but these types of pictures always rub me the wrong way.

jivex5k been doing work today! So a little while back I sent him an Edith because he really wanted to try it, along with some decent local/SC beers, nothing too crazy. Then after hearing I loved the previous iteration of Last Snow, he hits me up with this box of awesomeness:

Sweet Potato Casserole is an old favorite from the tap/growler days so I'm excited to try the bottles. Doubly so because my girlfriend is a big pumpkin beer fan in the fall and so I'm hoping she'll like it too. Then a Morning Wood?!?! Jeez man, I am going to have to hit you back again.

But then we have the piece de resistance in the middle, a custom-made Julian Pls snifter. Thanks so much!
