Scanning film shots from de Garde a few weeks ago, good times.

Expired kodak 200 gold, from the early 2000s. Really weird stuff man, bunch of purple hues. Found a bunch in a dollar bin at the Elks Lodge

A while back my local salvation army before they closed had a bunch of fujifilm disposables that expired in the early 2000s. **** was awesome. I have a kodak promo roll from the 1996 olympic's I have always wanted to use but just didn't wanna go through shooting a roll of expired film. I need to get back to taking photos again. I always bring my T4 around with me in my bag cause I'm used to just tossing it in there in case but never utilize it.

Expired film is the best way to get back at it, I got a cheap Nikon FG on amazon for $60 and an old lens. Didn't bring my digital the whole trip. Shot about 6 rolls. People always see it as a burden for some reason, carrying a camera around. It's a joy, don't really have to think about anything. Tons of places to get rolls developed for about $5 per and get a cheap scanner.

Wow, that grain is insane for a 200 ISO, did you push it at all, or just expired?
No pushing, just good ol expired. I did leave it in my hot truck before the trip. The whole roll wasn't like that oddly enough, some shots were smooth with purple hints in the shadows. I'll post some more when I get home.

So old Bu Weisse is still super sour and delicious

I saved a couple of those OG bottles. Drank one earlier this summer pressed with fresh strawberries, and the other about two months ago pressed with blackberries. Both were delicious. I know they've discontinued the Bu series, but I wish they'd still make this "plain" version & let people do their own homemade fruited Bus.

The Purple Kriek up in the Keeper's Portal. 2 @ $18 with a "Wish for a 3rd"

This beer is blended from a selection of wine barrels aged a minimum of one year, and up to two years, of our coolship inoculated and spontaneously fermented golden wild ale. A grist of regionally grown raw wheat is blended with regionally grown and malted barley, local hops aged a minimum of three years, and combined with our local water sourced from the county rivers. After a long boil, the wort is transferred to our coolship where it rests overnight until it is transferred into oak barrels. It ferments there and ages on the lees for an extended time, before being sampled and blended into secondary oak tanks to complement specific fruit; In this case, a mix of fresh and whole red raspberries, black raspberries, montmorency cherries, and morello cherries. After further fermentation and aging on the fruit, it is blended again and naturally conditioned in bottles before release.

So you just go around breaking other peoples glasses?
Well, they were mine before I broke them. Now they are nobody’s.
I feel every time I look at the bokkereyder one it is going to spontaneously combust.
One of mine exploded upon contact with rinse water.
