Left at around 12:30, and I grabbed x2 bottles of Saison Auran and they still had bottles of Saison Avec Passionfruit in the cooler as well. Also glassware is still available as well.

Mike dropped off 6 cases, and I would guesstimate that there were 3+ cases left this afternoon (plus some in the cooler).

Thanks for doing my work for me :)

If no limits and still available tomorrow, I gotchoo (but way to ruin the surprise creeping in this thread) :)

We recently brewed a test batch of saison using only these aged whole-leaf hops from the Pacific Northwest. These hops have little bittering power at their current age and have a cheesy, musty smell. While they don't sound terribly appetizing, they're a major component of the character of many Belgian lambics.

After about a month fermenting in an oak barrel with our house culture, the beer brewed with these hops tastes great. The cheesy aroma is gone and the beer is left with an earthy, floral, and herbal character alongside a nice minerality. This experiment has been a big success in our eyes and we'll be using these hops as part of larger batches in the future. We'll also start aging some whole-leaf hops from the Midwest so that we have those to utilize in the next few years.

Since I can never use all my fresh hops I grow in my backyard I've been drying and aging them for a few years. Let me know if you ever need any, I have tons.

I've used them in a few 'lambic' inspired brews and I agree with your sentiment, they're...
