so, i kegged my blonde after a week or so of fermentation. force carbed it for a day at 30 psi and then let it sit since then at 14 psi since i live at 4500ft elevation.

the first pours a day after coming off force carb was really good! nice aromas and a almost citrus taste. the recipe i used https://www.homebrewtalk.com/showthread.php?t=42841

but after a few days the carbonation went up as expected but then the aroma changed to a more sour or even sweaty sock type smell. its not overwhelming but not how it was days earlier. the taste hasnt changed but it does taste a bit drier i could say.

any experience with this type of issue or maybe an idea to the cause? its still drinkable in my opinion but not the same aroma and flavor i bragged about before. :(

Are you sure your taps and lines were clean?

Did you sanitize well during the transfer process?
