I like how she steps up the intensity of the workout a few times over the course of the video... really get the blood flowing in order to burn those calories!

The "gallop"??? forget about it... I'm just not there yet. I can do the "trot" for about a hundred yards but I need to keep pushing myself and get up to the gallop, hopefully, in a few weeks.
