Butler sucked this past year and I’m glad he’s gone. He obviously had THE PLAY in the SB and then two years ago he was pretty solid... but last season?? He sucked.

In terms of opposing QB rating when throwing at him last year... he was ranked 92nd out of a possible 119 CBs.

And he got 5 years for $61m with over $30m guaranteed?!?!? That’s hilarious! I got ten bucks says he doesn’t make it through the second year of that contract.

A cursory review would show the financial successes experienced by the owners had zero to do with Goodell, just as the decline over the last few years had nothing to do with Goodell. Which makes it a mystery why they don't just move on to someone who isn't universally despised......
